Congratulations, I applaud you for acting on your idea. Getting started is more than most people will do. The first action for you is to start a journal and ensure you have a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the person whom you are disclosing your idea to. Then, also ensure your disclosure is taking place in a private setting. Since you are completing this form at an Achieve event, everyone here is under NDA so it is also a private setting.
This evaluation is complementary to Achieve Systems members and submitted during an Achieve conference or University. It is a $495 value, but actually much more depending on how completely the questions can be answered.
Later, you can transfer this information to your journal. For complete information on proper documentation, see the documentation chapter in the book “The Practical Inventor”.
